Artisan bakery · Cuernavaca

Today’s art, fresh from the oven.

Slow-fermented sourdough, hand-laminated viennoiserie and Mexican pan dulce, baked every morning — until the bread runs out.

Tuesday–Sunday · 8:00–15:00

Av. Emiliano Zapata 303, Tlaltenango

The house signature

“Todo sea por un pan y miel.”

The bakery is named after its signature piece: brioche with caramelized honey — “el de la casa”, on the chalkboard every day at $50.

What to expect

Sourdough first, then everything else

Slow-fermented sourdough loaves ($90 natural / $120 seeded varieties), hand-laminated croissants and cruffins, Mexican conchas, and a seasonal piece the chalkboard announces — until the bread runs out, which is how mornings here end.

Upstairs on the second floor lives Terraza Miel: breakfast and brunch with the bread from downstairs, coffee, wine and craft beer, open late Thursday to Saturday (until 10:30 pm).
